Yinglin Ji

With the background of environmental science, Yinglin developed a passion for studying various ecosystems and their response to the global climate change, accompanied by an interest in painting, she realized landscape architecture is the ideal field for marrying these two passions. Having grown up in Jiang Nan Region in China, she is also deeply fascinated by the traditional Asian landscapes and the aesthetic and cultural value behind them. Exploring ways to create a simple and powerful landscape in an intimate and human scale is her main motivation. When not at the office, Yinglin enjoys textile fabrication and indoor green housing.
