The South Park project includes the redevelopment of a 3.64 acre tract of land located just south of Raleigh’s downtown core. South Park is ideally situated between Person and Blount Street, two primary high traffic count thoroughfares leading in and out of downtown Raleigh.
The site includes three existing butler-style buildings that will frame a series of small courtyard spaces and a linear plaza. South Park also includes the development of four new structures north of the existing buildings which will frame a main central open space.
Surface 678 will create an authentic landscape that evokes the feeling of discovery in an urban, industrial landscape balanced with providing a diversity of exterior amenity spaces with a strong connection to the buildings’s activities.
