- Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture, Cornell University
Having grown up in culturally different countries, including England, the United States, and Bolivia, Kimberly has come to value and respect the variety and diversity of landscapes and cultures that the world has to offer. She has also studied in the Masters of Landscape Architecture program at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia in Barcelona, Spain. She has work experience in La Paz, Bolivia and the San Francisco Bay Area. Her interests include climate adaptation and the design of public and green spaces in cities. When proposing a project, her approach is to understand the context as much as possible so as to create spaces adapted to the needs of both the anthropogenic and biophysical systems at play.
